Pick up is located inside the Campus Store on West campus. We are located between the Felix Event Center and Duke Student Commons. An email notification will be sent when order is ready for pickup.

GENERAL MERCHANDISE REFUNDS
All general merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
- Refunds/exchanges honored only on unopened merchandise within 14 days of purchase date.
- Receipt and tags are required.
- All clearance, doorbuster, and open box items along with gift cards sold are not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions
- Defective merchandise returned in its original packaging will be exchanged for the identical item.
- Regalia items are considered final sales items and may not be returned or exchanged.
PAYMENT
- Credit card purchases will be credited to original card
- Cougar Buck purchases will be credited to Cougar Bucks on the student's ID card
- Gift card purchases will be credited back to gift card
